When it comes to resolving the absence of a bulkhead and tidying up the B pillars, our versatile bulkhead surround is the ideal solution. Specifically designed for Crafter /TGE vans this bulkhead surround offers a seamless way to address the removal of the bulkhead.
Trim the B Pillar plastics and securely attach these pieces using screws or bonding methods to achieve a refined and finished appearance. Available in multiple styles tailored to different needs, our bulkhead surround simplifies the process of restoring the functional and aesthetic integrity of your van's interior.
Provided in three sections, assembly is straightforward—simply glue the sections together. The design variations cater to various preferences: the Open style suits vans with full-height headliners and no shelf, while the Shelf variant is perfect for those intending to install a shelf either 250mm below the headliner or in vans with lower headliners. Additionally, the Post design, resembling a post box slot, is suitable for vans with a shelf positioned 250mm below the headliner or vans with lower headliners.
We offer two height options, Rib and Ceiling.
"Rib" simply stops just short of the rib, allowing a full length ceiling to be fitted. "Ceiling" sits higher and covers the front of the rib section, nearly touching the roof of the van.
These are best fitted once you have ply lined and fitted a ceiling in your van.
It's important to note that to make this bulkhead surround compatible with RWD, adjustments will be required to ensure a proper fit.
Types of bulkhead surround
