Our signature double side design allows for cross strength pocket screws which are completely hidden from front / side views.
With heavy duty ball bearing runners capable of 120kg/220kg these are tough and strong.
120kg runners are 1000mm depth, 220kg are 1000mm or 1200mm.Â
Sleek design, no protruding edges or supports.
Supplied assembled, with 6x fitting bolts (M8x80mm) and 6 fitting holes – please check under your van for spare wheels / tanks etc before drilling and bolting these in!
There is plenty of space on the aluminium profile to fit more / differently located bolts.
We only produce these in Birch Ply Hexa simply due to the durability of the material.
Size notes;
- Length is not including runner handles
- Width is the overall width, the internal will be 95mm narrower that this. (995mm = 900mm usable width)
- We set the drawers to clear 18mm from the floor, if you need to increase this you can mount the aluminium profile to a base before bolting through this / the floor.
