DELIVERY
We aim to shipping all items as soon as they are ready to be shipped after manufacturing is completer using next day couriers, minimizing transit time and reducing the likelihood of damages during handling. Once your consignments are booked, expect a text message and an email containing tracking information from our shipping partner.
WHAT IF SOMETHING IS WRONG?
- If possible, sign for the item as damaged or reject it outright.
- Capture images of the affected parts; oftentimes, a few extra photos help us resolve issues.
While we strive to address concerns promptly, please remember to treat our staff with respect and courtesy. They're committed to resolving the issue. Verifying damage, reproducing parts, and delivering them back to you will take us a moment.
