Please read our Returns and Replacement Policy carefully to understand how we handle returns, replacements, and any issues that may arise.
1. General Policy: All items (Excluding custom orders) maybe returned in their original unopened packaging up to 14 days from the date of delivery. Once our campervan furniture items have been assembled or fitted, they are not eligible for return or refund. We take great care to ensure the quality and functionality of our products before they leave our premises.
2. Faulty or Missing Parts: In the rare event that you receive an item with faulty or missing parts, we will promptly replace those parts at no additional cost to you. Please notify us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order, and provide photographic evidence of the issue for our records. We will work diligently to resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.
3. Customer-Induced Damage: If damage occurs due to customer error during installation or use, we understand that accidents can happen. We are here to assist you. We offer replacement panels for damaged components at a reasonable cost. Please reach out to us with details of the damage and photographs, so we can assess the extent of the issue and provide you with a quote for the replacement panel.
4. Special Order Items: Certain items are designated as special order items, which may require the use of an entire sheet of material. As a result, the cost of replacing these items will be higher than standard replacements. We recommend that you contact us directly to discuss any concerns or questions regarding special order items before placing your order. Our team will be happy to guide you through the process and provide you with the necessary information.

6. Shipping returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Precision Plank Ltd, Unit 1 and 2, Old Bakery Business Park, Ford Road, Wiveliscombe, Somerset, TA4 2FD
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To note: If you refuse delivery due to damaged or report damages within 24 hours of arrival you will still be required to organise return shipping however we will reimburse you if the item is returned in its original packaging and sent using an economy level service. (Not next day / 24hr shipping)
